I visited b&q Paisley yesterday 10/10/24 for some paint Sarah the b&q assistant asked could she help me ? She was so helpful I was very impressed with her knowledge when she told me she had only been with the company for 5months I was even more impressed what good training she must have had she’s an asset to them, thank you Sarah I got the correct colour of paint & pleased with the result.
James served us with the paint and was very rude, telling us that the colour was unavailable and didn’t even want to try to recreate it. Luckily another member of staff came and she was lovely and assisted us further.
I was at the Paisley branch and needed help with some sizing at the bathroom department.nEmma was so helpful, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant, made my choices so much easier.nThank you Emma
I was looking for flooring for my kitchen and I wanted to make sure the size I had was correct and that I bought enough flooring. I spoke to a young guy who was super helpful and could not do enough for me. He advised me he would get me a floor specialist, just to make sure the measurements was all correct. I then spoke to John who works on the flooring section, he was such a joy to deal with and very helpful and patient even though he was super busy! He helped me make the right choice and even loaded all the flooring onto a cart. The service I received from these two gents today will see me back shopping in the Paisley store. They are a real credit to your store and people like this makes a shopping experience much more enjoyable. Thanks John & sorry I didn’t get the other chaps name.
