I am extremely unsatisfied with their services not once but twice... so rude so ignorant. My parents had a viewing today at 5:30pm. my parents lost their way and I've asked him to go and find them at the local corner shop Premier; which was on the other way!!! The first time he didn't want to go as he had a double viewing, lie it was 5:38pm almost home time. When I went mad and said that they are lost and alone he said ok I will try to go. Instead of the corner shop he went to Travelodge. Unfortunately for him he did the mistake to tell me that it's so late 5:50 but he can try to find them. Btw, he didn't call me when he was at the hotel or ask for their number!! My first experience. I had a viewing with another agent I was late 10 minutes as the appointment which was at 5pm ( there was an accident on the road) ive sent an email to the office 20 minutes in advance to the office toinform them. They told me that I have only 5 minutes left for the viewing cause he has another viewing. As a master graduate of management and business owner I would like to ask the head manager what is his opinion about his employees? Is he/she satisfied? I feel sorry for the home owners who trust them!
