I was referred to Daren Francis. He is absolutely brilliant with his knowledge and service. He took all the time required in the consultation to the procedure and was very helpful and did not rush me at all in asking any questions. He was very much so spot on with the issue and took time to explain everything in detail. In between seeing him and the procedure, I would call his office and they would get hold of him same day and give me the answer to my query. On day of procedure he spoke to me and made me comfortable. After the procedure he again spoke to me and took time to answer all my questions. I had offered to pay him but he said not to worry his office will send me the invoice. When coming to give a review I noticed how someone in my opinion has given a false review as Daren Francis does not rush nor accept payment when you see him. I strongly recommend Daren Francis and his team. Thank you for looking after me
This consultant saved my life 13 years ago, I have trusted him with my colonoscopies every 18 months since then. All the staff have gone above and beyond their required duty of care towards me over the years at both the hospitals I see this consultant at. He has also treated many of my family and friends who have also received a high standard of care.
Daren performed a bowl resection for colon cancer 4 years ago he is an excellent surgeon I just had a sigmoid camera procedure to check for something picked up on recent ct scan suspected granulation of surgical join it was described as pristine I think the consultant checking was jealous of Darren's skill saved my life stage 3/4 bowel cancer he can come across as a bit abrupt but he is a very busy Man thank you Daren if you read this
High standards, very good surgeon. I would go back to him any time if needed.
unhelpful and a waste of time poor consultant only cares about getting the money than your health and wellbeing
