I had a great experience with Dottore London. The staff is very professional and friendly. The specialist are extremely qualified and empathetic. Dr. Molinari, pediatrician, visited our 18 month old daughter and managed to give us valuable advice. Our daughter never showed signs of distress and apparently enjoyed the interaction with the Doctor. We had a similar experience with Nicole Zocchi, competent and kind speech and language therapist. Dottore London is an exceptional clinic, both in terms of value for money and overall experience. Highly recommended!
Walked in yesterday 26/01/2023 at 6:30pm to book an appointment with a doctor after my coworker suggested this clinic to me. My colleague told me I would get assigned to a doctor based on my symptoms. When I arrived the receptionist was looking at me like I was an alien making me feel uncomfortable. The first question was ‘what kind of doctor do you need to see?’ and at which I answer an honest ‘I don’t know’. She didn’t seem patient enough to ask about my symptoms and she proceeded saying I should see a general doctor. She was very rude. She told me she couldn’t book an appointment and to send an email because she didn’t have time, apparently she was busy. Didn’t feel welcomed or listened. Definitely will not go there again.
Never again!!! My experience was awful! I had a visit with Dr Sereni, she wasn’t professional at all and the diagnosis after the shortest visit in my life was completely wrong!!!
Really poor service with Dott. Castiglione. After the first appointment, he disappeared. Never replied my emails. I went to a different Urologist who helped me with my prostatite and told me the diagnose prescribed by Dott. Castiglione was completely wrong and just a temporary solution for my pain. Seems he was just after the money.
Dottore London offers consultations with a wide range of specialists, I have repeatedly visited them in the last two years and they have always been able to offer help. The studio is spotless, the admin staff are extremely polite and knowledgeable. They offer face to face consultations and video consultations, either way I have always felt safe as a patient as strong protocols are obviously in place. This time I had an emergency video consultation with Doctor Avenoso, who has dealt with my medical issue promptly and in an extremely professional and reassuring way. Highly recommended.
I cannot recommend Dottore London enough! The receptionists are polite, kind, precise. They do everything they can to accommodate your needs, whether it is in person, on the phone or via email. I have been following a 6-month treatment for my skin with Dr Pruneddu and the results have been fantastic, way over my expectations. The doctor was clear and informative on every aspect of the treatment, she addressed all my concerns and closely followed my "journey".
Staff is extremely professional and qualified, both Doctors and Reception. I was really impressed by the great standard of communication, care and efficiency of all follow ups.
Dr. Fabio Castiglione visited my dad for the first time one month ago and today we had the follow up. Competence, availability and kindness. The doctor has been following my dad throughout this period, helping us in a difficult situation. A must not only for the Italians living in London, but for everyone.
I came in with a few issues, I was visited by Dr Castiglione and within 10 minutes and 1 month of therapy all my problems disappered. I had been seen by two different doctors in UK for the very same isssues in the past 7 years. I am glad I gave it a chance. Highly professional and friendly.
I have been to Dottore London several times during the last 5 years and I have used different services, never been let down. Currently I am being seen by one of their gynaecologists who is following my pregnancy and I absolutely would recommend it to anyone. Even though my experience with my midwife through the NHS is being very positive, I have found reassuring being able to have private scans and competent consultation by Dott.ssa Ferrara. I have never been rushed during the visits and I have always felt cared for, each consultation left me very satisfied. The clinic is new and super clean, staff professional and happy to help. Definitely, good value for money, I wish this kind of experience to everyone.
