The staff here was so friendly and happy. Alot better than previous restaurants we have been too. The food was amazing. All fresh and cooked to perfection. There is a buffet menu for during the week that has all your favourite dishes on and the price is great alot cheaper than we have payed before. I highly recommend jade palace.

We enjoyed a lovely family meal. Even though the electric kept cutting out . We had finished our meal and were waiting to pay. The staff were very busy indeed as it was Mothers day. The food was good never the less.

Had a take out was told it would be ready in 1hour had to wait extra 35mins when I went back to pick up. I was told when I was there new management new chef, when finally got home soft noodles were dry and bland chicken in ginger didn't seem/cooked and filet steak Cantonese to sweet and chewy salt/pepper king prawns big shrimps and not a patch on previous owner. While there about 10 people left after waiting almost a hour since there starter still not arrived maybe I should have left with them won't be going back till vastly improved. Shame was a good place

We waited 2 and half hours for our main course, we paid for our drinks and left. Takeaway orders were being cooked before restaurant mains. Very disappointed.

This has got to be one of the finest Chinese restaurants there can be, you would be hard pressed to find anywhere as good as this. The food is always exceptional and all the staff are friendly and very helpful. Try the fillet steak it's tender and heaven.
