This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever visited.nnThe outside is full of teenagers causing issues for customers going in and out the establishment, especially at night. It's not McDonald's fault that this happens and I felt extremely sorry for the poor lady who worked there having to deal with anti social behaviour as she didn’t deserve it.nnThe establishment is absolutely filthy. It's the type of place you wipe your feet on the way out of. It's truly grim.nnThe toilets are embarrassing. The locks on the doors are broken, the loos are filled with waste that's not cleaned and there's a distinct lack of toilet roll.nnI'm surprised this store passes food hygiene standards.nnThe service is very slow. They appear short staffed and its clear hardly any of the staff even know what they're doing.nnAdditionally the self service machines don't work as they should, your order doesn't show up on screen so its a guessing game as to how long you will wait.nnI visited twice, and I'll never visit again.nnAvoid.
Went through the drive through. The people were polite enough, but it took ages for service to be honest, and when the meal came, they'd forgotten the drink so there was another long wait for that.i say long, it's fast food, so when I say long, 5 mins for food and add another couple on too for the drink is is that harsh?!. The crispy chicken was as flat as a pancake and dry as the sole of my shoe. It's the highest rating I feel I can give, despite the staff being polite.
Went here at 7:30am, cleaning lady was very pleasant saying good morning and having a quick chat about the weather. Lots of seating, toilets are clean and tidy. Lots of parking with spaces for disabled persons too. Staff very friendly and well mannered. Drive-through is 24 hours.
Always a reasonable experience at colne mcdonalds, perhaps less staff than needed for the breakfast run, the drive through is especially slow from 7-8am but orders correct the majority of the time and food as you would expect
Every single time there is something missing from my order. This time I paid for a meal and only received the burger. The driver told me to contact macdonalds, the app wouldn't do anything or give me a refund. Phoned macdonalds and they blamed the driver and told me to ask for a refund. Ive been ripped off and no one will take responsibility for it. Absolutely fuming! Deleted the app and never using macdonalds again! Disgusting place. I'm well and truly done with them.
