The staff have a hard time with unruly teenagers with terrible manners and zero respect. It spoils the atmosphere because even the girls are aggressive. What is wrong with people? It's not peaceful, when you're trying to eat. The staff end up spending too much time managing these ruse people. Many times they get asked to leave. Good. I'd still eat here but take my food to go. I end up with earphones in to calm my anxiety. I'm always glad when they're asked to go. Luckily the staff don't stand any messing and it can be resolved quickly. I may order online more in the future, I do have the app.
One of the big selling points of the Big Mac is the sauce within the burger. Pray tell why on earth said sauce was no where to be found on the burger from this establishment. If people working at this Mcdonald's are unaware of such common knowledge then maybe look for another work place because it’s cause it’s really not that hard. Alternatively, if you weren’t spending your time lobbing food at one another in the kitchen, visible to those in the drive though, maybe you wouldn’t get every single order wrong…
Went here at 7:30am, cleaning lady was very pleasant saying good morning and having a quick chat about the weather. Lots of seating, toilets are clean and tidy. Lots of parking with spaces for disabled persons too. Staff very friendly and well mannered. Drive-through is 24 hours.
I enjoyed my burger but chips were cold and tasteless. Wasn't expecting much but filled a gap. Don't like touchscreen ordering. The table was clean service was quick.
McDonalds at Colne always good. Always busy. Staff friendly. Clean. Good for kids. I only ever have chicken so can't comment on anything else but the rest of the family have burgers of some description and kids have happy meals. Never anything left.
