Very friendly and helpful customer services. You are made feel welcome in this place and customer assistants go above and beyond to help you finding the best deals available. Their perfume and make up section is amazing. Customer assistants in perfume section are knowledgeable and eager to assist you in search of perfumes of your choice suitable for your budget. All major brands are available under one roof but there is limited stock or designs in the shelves.
I just wanted to take a moment to thank Constantine for his outstanding service today. He was incredibly patient, spending a whole hour helping me find exactly what I needed and getting different sizes to ensure the perfect fit. His dedication and attention to detail really made the shopping experience enjoyable. Constantine’s professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out, and I appreciate the time and care he took.
Visited the givenchy counter today with my wife, Connor was absolutely superb, however the chair I was perched on was extremely uncomfortable, the bolts that connect it to the post are sticking through the padded seat. Would've expected better!
It’s a joke! Considering how big the company is, but the process so unprofessional. After ordering online, paid for it and got a confirmation. Day after you cancelled one of my orders. But really? took you long to realised it’s out of stock. If it’s out of stock you shouldn’t be allowing people to order the item online anyways. The most disappointing its so difficult to contact you, customer service is 0 out of 10. If anyone from your team will read this hope you contact me and i wish to cancel the rest of my orders. Coz the email you sent me is so impossible to do so. Thank you.
Not one member of staff acknowledged me.. apart from the lovely security guy at the door as I was leaving. The ground floor were all too busy chatting amongst themselves and nobody in sight on the first floor ladies.
my friend and i came to this store yesterday, prepared to spend a good amount of money between us the security guard wouldn't let my friend in with a drink but he was polite and nice about it however the rest of the staff are just rude and stare at you like you're povo, so we decided not to buy anything and gave our custom elsewhere.
I was served by Beth at the beauty department on Hourglass them at the Fashion department, a lovely friendly young girl. Both were adorable. I was looking for channel's accessories but could not find any. The varieties of well selected garmets and bagages are suitable for the public in Liverpool. Based on my experience I truly recommend Flannels
I regularly go to the Liverpool store just to visit the Givenchy counter with Connor Beck. He always goes above and beyond to make you feel fabulous. He takes the time to understand what you need and provides the best products to suit this. He is an amazing ambassador for the brand and is really passionate about the products. Yesterday I took my mum who doesn’t have much confidence and he made her feel confident and at ease!

absolutely loved my experience at flannels liverpool. was helped by a lovely girl with blonde hair named bethany and she was very insightful and passionate about the products she was showing me. she helped me choose a skin care routine and was extremely knowledgeable!!! would definitely visit again as i felt catered too. security however seem to follow you around the shop if you are just browsing which i do understand, however at one point a bald security man had passed me some amount of times and made it no secret he was doing so. other than this great experience!!!
