Amazing food in a really lovely cafe served by friendly staff. The cafe is very nice. Feels quite intimate and good for larger groups. Would be good with some background music though! The food is fantastic. Really great flavours and at a really good price. Very healthy also. Really recommend for a good bite to eat!
This place is a little slice of slow cooked, chickpea heaven. I frequently dine here for the chickpea curry, it's comforting, filling and good value. The curry is complemented perfectly with salad and warm toasted bread. The service is personal and attentive. The friendly staff encourage you to try samples of the dishes, if you haven't been before. Well worth a visit, if you fancy a meal made with love in a chilled out space.
Where to start... we are not vegan.. Food was absolutely brilliant. My family of 4 enjoyed food and coffee. For the first time in our lives, we have tried the jack fruit, and we are positively shocked. Also, the falafel was fresh. We had falafel in pita, my son had burger, daughter had Jack fruit wrap, all the salads really nice . Coffee was served with the oat milk. You can purchase good quality olive oil, maple syrup, and many more products in there as well. We will be back.
Delicious vegan food at a reasonable price - I particularly enjoyed the pulled jackfruit burrito. The owner is really friendly too. Definitely worth checking out!
AMAZING! The food we had here is so fresh and unbelievably tasty. We will 100% be coming back - if you’re thinking about eating here, do it! Also everything was reasonably priced so this is a great lunch option.
Finally checked this cafe out after walking past multiple times. There were lovely staff who gave us small tasters of some of their items and were insightful. Our meal in the sun was very, very flavourful plus fresh & I will definitely come back!
This is the second time I've been to Jack the Falafel and it has been amazing both times! Had the jackfruit burrito this time and it was delicious. Falafel and salad is also very good. Lovely, colourful food that is super tasty. Dietary restrictions: They were very helpful when I asked about allergies for my partner sesame and peanuts. No peanuts are used in any ingredients and everything is made fresh so they can confidently let you know what's in there :
Wow! Freshly made curries - jackfruit, and chickpea, with freshly spiced rice and salad. Delicious! We had the apple, cinnamon & ginger juice which was tasty and refreshing. We took the oyster mushroom burritos to get later because the taster we tried was so good! The chef serving us was passionate about well made vegetable dishes - all good and all vegan!
Very nice food, the jack burger and chips was perfect! Staff were friendly. One of the best vegan places I have tried in Bristol.
My daughter and I visited today. From the moment we entered the staff were friendly and kind. I ordered the green Thai curry. It is the best meal I've had in a restaurant for a long time. It was served with incredible saffron rice and bread. Such amazing value too! What a find...we will be back!!!
