Excellent customer service - highly recommend!!!! I recently had a new chair after joining a nearby organisation and Mike and team were extremely helpful in recommending a chair which turned up promptly after ordering. Mike went above and beyond to ensure that my chair and desk set up were comfortable - service which is very very rare these days and of which I am particularly thankful for given I have had an operation on my back.
