Flooring Supply Centre

I cannot recommend Flooring Supply Centre enough we had multiple issues with the floor in our new property which Joel helped us to rectify with our home builder (which they did not need to do). Flooring Supply Centre did a fantastic job helping us pick layouts and every fitter who attended our property was curious and professional. We picked a rather intricate layout for the ground floor of our home which has turned out amazing. Thank you again Joel and your team!

We were very unfortunate to be recommended to the Flooring Supply Centre. After struggling to find the tiles we needed for our kitchen a friend suggest we go to Dunnings Bridge Road as they have a screen where you can manipulate images of your kitchen to see what will look good. As it turned out its a service you can only get with a certain type of tile. We selected a tile that was suggested to us from out of the back store room and suited our kitchen. Despite being told they are commercial quality but actually turned out to be domestic we went ahead and bought them. After the tiles where fitted we noticed that 7 of the tiles where standing out from the rest.We called Christine and and informed her there was a problem.We clearly explained that you couldn't see the difference in the evening in false light and can somebody come out in the daylight. That's when Joel came out in the evening and stood in our kitchen and shouted us down and told us they where fine and yet refused to come and see them in the daylight! I was surprised to learn that he is the owner? Left with no options I got my friend who is in the flooring business and has dealings with this company to come and see them in the daylight. He confirmed that either the batch codes had been mixed up or the tiles where faulty in some way. Even after he reported back to Flooring Supply Centre nothing was done to address our complaint and so far after 6 months we have had no co-operation from this company. I have since written to them with my complaint and told them that I want no more to do with them or their extremely rude owner/manager and I will never use them again. I now need to save up for another floor covering to stick over the top. And all this from a recommendation !!.

Drove for 40mins on a blazing hot day with 2 young children in car - arrived at 4pm on Saturday to find the gates locked so had to turn round and come home. Website says it is open until 5pm. Massive waste of time and petrol. Now I'm going to make my own flooring out of Sellotape and cat hair!
