Its only next day delivery on specific items. They were supposed to deliver on a Saturday which was painful to arrange, even after paying for the premium service. Failed to deliver until the following Saturday. At the time of writing, I still have not received a refund for the Premium Service!!! I found using their website utterly CONFUSING. I called them up, and based on their advice ordered a mattress which turned out to be the wrong size!! I bought the mattress based on their BAD ADVICE. They point blank refused to deal with the issue, not taking any responsibility for the bad advice they gave. Customer Service Manager was abrupt and rude.
Walked in , one of the staff asked if we needed any help we said we were only looking. The lady said if we need anything, just give her a shout. No hassle from the staff. We are going back the end of the month to purchase our bed. Would like to thank all the staff for their assistance after our walk around.
Bought a single divan base from here about 5 months ago, I was assured in store that the bed is suitable for my 3 year old. The base has 2 drawers. I only use 1 drawer to keep a spare set of bedding & don't usually pull the drawer out much, I pulled it out fully a couple of weeks ago, but it wouldn't push back in, when I checked why, I found the supporting beam at the bottom of the bed has snapped. I contacted the bed factory who won't do anything other than offer money of another bed, but as we're still paying off this bed we can't afford to pay for a second bed! They have also implied that my very light 3 year old, who just sleeps on the bed doesn't jump or play on it has broken the beam. A bed that is supposed to be for an adult and breaks within 5 months I'd definitely not fit for purpose. They don't care about the customers, just the money they can make. Terrible customer service.
After speaking to Dom over emails, I bought an ottoman bed in store at the Aintree branch with the help of Louise. She was really polite and didn’t pressure us into anything, like some companies do. She was really informative about delivery and assembly and couldn’t do enough for us. The bed was delivered, by a guy called Ron, within 11 days of placing the order. He was an absolute star. He delivered the bed with no issues or damage to my property, assembled it by himself which they don’t normally do and even offered to carry my new mattress upstairs that I had bought separately from another company. I am over the moon with the service of this company. Thanks Bed Factory Direct
Absolutely disgusting my parents who are in their 80s have been left bedless tonight because the delivery men don't assemble the bed I was assured that when the bed was delivered it would be. Then after phoning to complain we was told it would be done this afternoon but no they now can't do it until tomorrow I'm fumming
Wow love my new bed. Looks like a 5star hotel room. To good to sleep in. Cameron shop assistant couldn't be anymore professional. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. The delivery guys were also great. No issues.
Friendly no pressure staff and late night viewing in showroom. Had the Ottoman a while now and only just got round to posting this. My only gripe was the finish on the base. The stapling was quite erratic. Whole sections where missed out. I was going to ring up at the time but work got busy. Hopefully they will read their reviews and have a word with quality control.
We had a loving experience at the bed factory especially with Jack. He was polite and very patient. Thank you Jack for your time and am sure the delivery too will be superb
I ordered an Ottoman Bed from Bed Factory direct which broke the very first time I attempted to close it Whilst following manufactuars instructions. The bed clearly has a design flaw and is not fit for purpose. The worst part is the company refuse to accept reposnsibility and want to charge me to fix it. Avoid this company like the plague!!!
Great advice and help from Sam, not pushy at all, very polite, would recommend to anyone looking for a new bed or mattress
