Normally i wouldn't go in here because it's so overpriced, however it was a last resort today after being to every other charity shop for wardrobes. I am so glad that I did. There was a sale on. The staff were helpful. I managed to get a 3 piece wardrobe for me and my partner, a wardrobe for my son, a coffee table a bookcase and 2 bedside tables ! £20 delivery for the lot. £155 total including delivery for all that. VERY happy. The delivery arrived on sunday , the fellas were great and took the items upstairs, however one of the items was forgotten. This wasn't a problem though,we rang the store and they said sorry and it'll be delivered the same day if not the next day. We waited in for the rest of sunday, nothing came, no phone call. So monday morning we rang them and asked about it, they said that it was definitely coming monday. We waited until 4pm and rang them, " unfortunately we've been busy doing a house collection today sorry!" NO PHONE CALL AGAIN. My partner rang and spoke to the manager. The manager said it will definitely be here today(tuesday). STILL NOTHING !!!!!!!!!!!!!! this was a five star review until you messed us around with delivery and we STILL DON'T HAVE OUR MISSING ITEM THAT WE'VE PAID FOR !!!!
