I wanted to share my experience of this jewellers as it has been so fantastic.  I wanted to get a signet ring for my husbands 50th b'day during lockdown. I got three quotes, Woodroffe was by far the best price. Actually by almost half of another jewellers in Shrewsbury for the same ring.  The ring is really fabulous, the engraving is perfect and just a lovely ring. They did so well doing the family moto from a picture.  I live in Hertfordshire and I have to say that this jewellers is worth using where ever you live.  I was kept informed all though the process and even got a hand written note with the ring.  My husband is very happy, Thank you

We took my husband re placement wedding ring in to be re-sized. Spoke to the silversmith and he was confident it could be done. We had been told by another jewellers in Whitchurch, it wasn't possible after waiting over 4 months for the ring to be returned. Collected my ring yesterday and it fits and look fabulous. Can highly recommend J. A. Woodroffe in Shrewsbury. Thank you.

Came in to get my favourite ring re-shaped due to wear. The staff we amazing and did it for me in seconds. So pleased with the customer service and how amazing my ring looks now. Thank-you very much.

I inherited a turquoise ring from my great aunt 3 months ago, that she'd worn pretty much every day of her life and on the second day of me wearing it one of the stones fell out. Woodroffes fixed it for me and did an amazing job of restoring it. Money well spent!

Excellent service when having a ring resized. Really helpful staff who remained patient and polite even when they had to resize a second time! Prompt service and a great job done, will definitely be returning.

I had a gold necklace with ten gold balls regularly placed on the chain and it broke, I tried various jewelers who claimed to be able to fix jewelry but none where able to do it for whatever reason.   J A Woodrooffe charged me £20 to fix my chain and made a superb job of it, you cant see where the fix is and I am so thrilled to be able to wear it again, it was a present from my husband.

My partner bought me the most gorgeous emerald and diamond pendant with white gold chain from JA Woodroffe's, for my 30th birthday.  The pendant is absolutely stunning, the emerald is so pure and clear, I've never seen an emerald so clean! The diamond is also perfect. The design of the pendant is simple and elegant. My partner had wanted to buy this for me for ages, so this milestone birthday was the perfect opportunity!  Highly recommend JA Woodroffe's products!!

I had a ring repaired recently. The staff were most helpful, the ring was perfect, beautifully packaged and they were kind enough to post it as I was unable to collect personally. Excellent customer service - would highly recommend.
