Fantastic, incredible value service. I had been putting off the repair to my Rotary as I assumed the cost would be more than I could afford. After taking in to store I was given quotes on all the work required. I had my watch, that I have owned and worn for quarter of a century;- Pressure tested, re waterproofed, fully serviced - with new parts/replaced & brought back to "as new condition" for £35. Thankyou all, very pleased indeed.

Absolute pleasure to deal with this company-Paul and Martin in particular. Came back with a quote to purchase my Rolex very quickly and an exceptionally good quote, compared to others I'd had. Great communication about the process and when I got to their Shrewsbury store, Martin was excellent throughout the transaction. A thorough check to ensure my Rolex was genuine and mine to sell-no issues with that whatsoever-checked my ID and within the hour the purchase was complete! I was expecting the money to be paid into my account the following day, but I had a phone call from Martin confirming payment had been completed within 30 minutes! An excellent company to deal with throughout and I've no hesitation in recommending them....5 Star service!!

I needed a watch strap replacing. This was easy to arrange & i have a lovely leather strap to give my watch an extended life. I also learnt about alternative watches that i could consider. Very knowledgable staff, no pressure, courteous & kind and very helpful. I highly recommend this shop.

I don't live in Shrewsbury but I have been taking my watches to this place for years. I find the staff extremely knowledgeable, competent and as far as prices go, very competitive. Highly recommend.
