got spider bites and one lobe piercing. hygiene seemed ok until the glove got pierced into my ear too. all three piercings have embedded and had to have medical intervention. traumatic experience as usual
Got my cartridge pierced as they don't do industrial. Woman who served me was very grumpy and rude and definitely didn't want to be there. Pretty sure her name was Teresa. Didn't want to do one of my ears so I only got two on one side done. Overall a poor experience
Found the requested present for my niece, staff very friendly and helpful. Would never have a piercing here though as they use a gun rather than a needle sharing DNA isn't that cool
Very cute little shop. Well stocked for a smaller store with lots of choice! Very professional and clean piercing. My daughter had her top ear pierced and Lucie I think was her name sanitised the area and equipment thoroughly. Gave full advice on post care and offered great advice on deals they had in the store. Always offers on in here and aircon which is a must in this hot weather!
It's ok, just getting more overpriced every time I go in. The children like sparkly and fluffy things though, so they love it.
My adopted daughter and I came to Shrewsbury, Claire's accessories to have our noses pierced. We had made a pact - if she began to get well - we would both have our noses pierced. My daughter was keen for us to bond over this, as was I. Sometimes it's about much more than looking good/ a fashion statement. We had not booked an appointment, but our treatment was 5 STAR! The lady who pierced us ! was a Greek Lady called Georgia. She was amazing! She was so humble and self deprecating. She kept apologising for being Greek; I told her I was Welsh and that meant I was really difficult to understand! She explained everything so carefully and she was the ultimate professional. I had forgotten my glasses and couldn't see all the fine print of the detail. She kindly allowed my daughter to read stuff aloud to me and allowed her to tick the relevant boxes. If all people were like Georgia the world would be a better place. I commend you on your choice of staff. There was no barrier between member of staff and customer. I can't imagine a more positive retail experience. Thank you so much for a really positive experience. My adopted daughter has had a really difficult year mental health wise and this was a treat we had decide to embark upon together. I am much too old to have my nose pierced!!!!! Please could you commend your staff for their kindess. It is so much appreciated. If only everyone was like Gerogia, the world would be a better place. Thank you Claire's accessories of Shrewsbury and thank you so much Georgia. You have restored my faith in humanity. With sincerity Eirlys Wynne.
Took my daughter to get her ears pierced. Young girl who served us was nice and friendly. Reassured my daughter when she was nervous. Recommend using.
Nice store. Found what I was after and was made aware of the deals that day.
Hands down one of the best BBLs I’ve ever had 10/10
Staff friendly and helpful although they did not have what I wanted
