Absolutely amazing service 
Can't recommend enough

My partner bought my engagement ring from here over a year ago and raved about how good they were and helped him out. So we decided to go back to get our wedding rings today, only to find the staff were too busy to even look our way and when we did finally grab some 12 year old looking thing with a posh accent he knew absolutely nothing about jewellery never mind rings or even wedding rings! They litrally couldn't tell us anything about any of the rings they struggled to show us. The small talk was diabolical and unprofessional. Will never step foot back in. We got our wedding rings from another much more professional jewellers.

Shame the Shrewsbury store are rude and clueless, if they weren't you'd not of lost a sale on a Rolex I looked at yesterday,the sales assistant didn't know nothing at all which was fine as she'd said that then this rude loud mouthed Brummie come over and when asked questions about the Rolex she was very rude, LOST SALE !!!! May I suggest she stays in your Birmingham stores as this sort of person isn't welcomed here !!!!!!!!!
