I never leave reviews. However I felt compelled to do it here. I recently purchased a watch online and took it into the store to have a few links removed. The staff were very accommodating and helpful... but one thing stood out. While I was waiting a young chap kept us talking and looked after us until my watch was returned. In conversation it came out that he was only 2 months into the job - I can see that being a very good hire. Professional, well spoken and attentive to customers. Very impressive young man and I hope his time with you is as successful as I think it will be.
