We bought our wedding rings here. Very pleasant, knowledgeable sales advisor. Called us when our rings were ready to collect from the store and remembered us when we arrived. Hassle free, enjoyable experience.

Friendly staff and helpful without being pushy.  I bought a pair of gold stud earrings, which were a really good price which also came with a 12 month guarantee.  Social distancing and safe guard measures were adhered to.  shop there again.

My partner and I went to the branch in Pride hill Shrewsbury, to begin searching for wedding rings with my partner. Neither of us knew what we were looking for, we only had a colour in mind. The staff were all so friendly from start to finish, after speaking to the wedding ring advisor for a considerably long time, we both chose our rings. What made the experience more special was the way that the member of staff explained each different mm of ring to my partner and the different shapes, how the rings are made, etc. The member of staff went above and beyond to ensure that we were both comfortable with our decisions and pleased with the outcome. All staff were friendly and highly talkative. I couldn't reccomend this store in particular more. Thank you to all staff who were present at that time, outstanding.

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly from the start. I knew what I wanted and described it from what I could see on display in the window. As I'm a wheelchair user they told me there was no need to move they would find it for me. I paid a deposit and was told me the day it would be ready. I never collected it on the day Friday and it wasn't until the Monday I received a friendly voice only reminding that the ring was ready for collection, should I wish to. It wasn't until Xmas eve until I went to collect. I akwardly asked card and cash. Yes, perfectly fine. I revealed £100 of it was in 50p, £135 notes plus deposit of £50,the rest on card. They put me at ease by being delighted with change. The manager complemented the ring and my choice and made me feel very valued. The ring itself was reduced from £950 to £499 and has three large oval marquise sapphires and four diamonds and it is very elegant. For future jewellery, when I move away I will be sure to find f-hind's and see if that branch is as good as Shrewsburys.
