Lovely setting with beautiful walks around the nature reserve. The staff were attentive and very professional. We went with our toddler who they accommodated very well. Extra portions and warm milk were not a problem. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Place is beautiful and stylish decor. We felt that the high tea was lovely but a little pricey. We were given lots of jam and cream but only one small scone each. They were great and the sandwiches were lovely too. We didn't finish the cakes on top as there was a fair bit to eat. Next time I think we'll have a cream tea instead though as the scones were our favourite part and wanted more.

Me and my Partner stayed for a couple of nights. The room itself was perfectly adequate and the surroundings were amazing. The staff on the reception were really helpful. it's just a shame about the staff working in the evening, seemingly snooty comments about us not ordering coffee or deserts. apart from that the hotel was pretty good.

Very nice setting. Lots of green areas with tables to sit at. Lots of nice walks with our dog. Our courtyard room is quite spacious but very dark. Our bathroom is high quality and very light. Breakfast on our first morning was disappointing as not very hot but they took it away and brought back a hot one quite quickly. But they forgot our toast and we had to remind them they were very apologetic. Hope tomorrow will be better we are eating in the bar area as we can eat in there with the dog and he is not permitted in the restaurant.

Long walk to toilet small portions bar price were not inflated so was a nice surprise staff friendly and attentive very clean and tidy
