A most enjoyable weekend spent with delightful and helpful staff. Comfortably furnished rooms, kept discreetly serviced. Food of good local quality. Our fourth visit which will be repeated.

Been twice now .Had a wonderful time. Will definitely be back again. Love the hotel and the staff are very courteous and obliging.Food good. Big car park a great asset too.Thank you Kensington.

I have been here many times attending black tie dinner dances and it is one of my favourite venues. Always have a wonderful time. This is a very nice hotel, with an excellent car park, one of the best in town, a good atmosphere with nice staff and excellent furnishings. Being on the Promenade, it has fabulous views of Llandudno Bay. It is also very well situated for shopping, with two large shopping centres just 100 yards or so away, and the town centre a mere couple of hundred yards. I have never stayed overnight here so I cannot comment on the rooms, but I do believe that many have been recently refurbished. The food at this Hotel is consistently superb, and the service cannot be faulted.

Very nice hotel, food very good and plenty of parking. Room very good, some rooms have sea views. Warning to people who have walkers, now when you stay your'e not allowed to take your walker upstairs in the lift due to new hotel rules for health an safety.

My partner and I have just returned from here yesterday following a two night break ! It's was lovely , great location ( 30 second walk onto the beach from the front door, you can't get any nearer ) Our room was lovely, perfectly clean , all the staff were welcoming and helpful. We booked room only but we would book bed and breakfast next time as the aroma from the dining room was very nice ! Bar prices were very good!, car park was huge! Many thanks Mark and Gillian Appleyard 👍
