Honestly, we couldn't have had any better customer service from Liam. He was curious, kind, and very knowledgeable. Everything was thoroughly explained, and he gave us plenty of time to make our decisions. When we collected the car, there was an issue with the valeting, but Liam went out of his way to get it sorted then and there. We have really enjoyed the process of buying our car with Liam. Just purchased our 5th Ford from Invicta Motors and once again we dealt with Neil who was excellent in the way he kept us updated on the progress of our New Kuga and come the time for us to collect our new car , Having given us a great deal , made the exchange seamless, explaining the various gadgets and functions of the new vehicle. Bought my first Ford Fiesta today from Liam Horley, my experience was so simple! There were a few hiccups on my side and Liam worked very hard to ensure that it would all get sorted for me and for what was in my best interest! He has dealt with everything professionally and in good humour too. Couldn’t fault his service at all, would 100% recommend him to anybody looking to buy a Ford!
