Brought a Focus from MWOK, very nice car - clean and exactly as described on the advert. Found the staff to be most helpful during the sale and went above and beyond what I have experienced before with other car traders. Hello I found a lovely car on the internet which was being sold by a dealer by the name of Motorworld of Kent. At first i was sceptical but the reviews were favourable, my concern was I would  buy a car the just down the road it breaks down and the dealer saying sorry buddy sold as seen!! Or it's your problem now!! This was not one of those companies, firstly I was impressed by a 6month warrant which not many independent dealers were offering. As I got the car home and started looking at every minute detail of the car I noticed the electric fold in mirror on one side wasn't functioning. Jason of motorworld of Kent immediately sourced a new mirror at no cost to me and organised the vehicle to come back and be repaired. I was struck at the honesty professionalism and diligence to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase, if only all independent car dealers were this virtuous. I had been looking for a E63 Amg estate for a while and being a member of the Mercedes owners club i was looking for an excellent example.  I spoke with Jason who was very helpful and honest about the car and after viewing it and taking it for a test drive we agreed a price.  Jason made sure the car was perfect before we collected it and gave us a warrenty, serviced it and gave a 12 months Mot on the car. His level of service was actually better than i recieved from a main dealer garage.  Unfortunately after having the car only a week it developed a fault. Jason was very quick to offer help in resolving the issue. He requested i sent the car back to him so he could get it repaired, Again his level of service was excellent. He had the car fixed free of charge and funded the cost himself not even claiming on the warranty, once repaired it was valeted and delivered back to me. I have purchased a lot of cars over the years, Motorworld have gone above and beyond my customer service expectations and i would highly recommend them. I have now put nearly 1500 miles on the Mercedes in 3 weeks and it's been faultless.  Thanks for all your help.

Very happy with the vehicle I bought. Had a problem with the spare tire, phoned Jason and as I live over 300 miles away he offered to reimburse me £100. Very happy with the customer service.

Phoned up and booked a test drive, when I arrived the guy was really rude. First he asked "so you want finance" I hadn't even seen the car yet. I said I was going to test two other cars out that day so as to compare them and then make a decision. He told me to go and test the other ones first because he couldn't be bothered to go and get the car ready for me if I wasn't 100%. How does he even sell cars with an attitude like this! Doesn't deserve your business.

Don't deserve the 1 star. Just beware. Brought a car privately from them. Very sneaky & lied. The MOT was completely dodgy and the Mot due date was on sale said 10 months how about no much more then 1 months. Otherwise wouldn't of brought it printed a eBay sell post, however wasn't the site it was seen on. Car was deemed Dangerous and was told it wouldn't of past the last years Mot on how damaged it was. Beware the seller works there and sold from there.

A fantastic place. Friendly yet professional, straight forward, trustworthy and a real pleasure to deal with. Good quality cars and at fair prices too. I cannot recommend this place enough and I will be definitely be returning.

Thanks to Jason at motorworld purchased a Mercedes was really helpful and got a guarantee for 6 month, well worth a visit.
