Called multiple times and although sometimes answered by the receptionist, I was transferred to a dead line and not the department I requested. Very off putting and will have to go instore or elsewhere. Edit: I have used them again recently and they've been great in the parts department so worth another go. Perhaps I was unlucky previously!

Bought a Ford Kuga in December. Excellent service and James was brilliant with explaining all to us and keeping my young daughters entertained. Service light came on today (March 18) and we spoke to James who then advised just to drive to him and the technician will look at. Who ever last serviced it did not reset it. In and out free of charge. Highly recommend this garage to anyone wanting to buy a new or 2nd hand car.

I'm very disappointed in the services, starting from the very first salesman who I found quite rude and arrogant. Bought the car (ford focus 2014, 11000 miles) based on quality assurance from the salesman, and the fact that the cars are meant to be 'Approved Used cars'. Right from the next day, the car started jerking. Went through a ;lot of stress and a million times of calling to get it checked out, have had to take it down twice now within a week only after making repeated and persistent calls to them. Only just finally agreed for me to bring the car in next week to get it fixed (hopefully it will get fixed this time), and this is not convenient for me as there is no courtesy car, and I live in ashford, work in Dover. Very disappointing. Though I must give my thumbs up to the receptionists, they are the only ones I found very helpful, respectful and apologetic. Dan was okay too Other services - very disappointing and stressful for me

Easy to buy a car, needless to say with a used car there were some minor issues with the engine light on however was put right on the same day thy were made aware. Would happily recommend or even buy again
