My partner has sold a car and purchased one from Simon at Chapel Car Sales. Very good and fair to deal with as well as helpful advice. I have had my car serviced and repaired in their workshop with very satisfactory results at good rates. The mechanic Brad can give you helpful advice if you need it which not all garages have the time or inclination to give. If you want to have a co-operative, honest relationship with your supplier or repair workshop I would say - give them a try.
Just picked up a second hand car from Chapel Car Sales. From start to finish Simon gave outstanding service way above I have ever experienced. No pressure sales tactics, just honest genuine service through out the whole purchase process. Thank you Simon again for your outstanding service and for providing such a clean car at such a competitive price. I would 100% recommend Chapel Car Sales for anyone looking for a new car. I would like to thank Jack for the excellent service on the purchase of my new car and very pleased with high standard of the car I purchased for the price. Jack was great throughout the purchase and went above and beyond to help me with the process and paperwork which was really helpful. They then cleaned the car to an impeccable level, customised the car for me so it was ready for me on the day with my name all set up and sorted out the petrol so my first drive was the BEST experience! I will now use them for all my car related issues now I’ve found a car dealership that I can trust and are also really friendly & professional.

I am looking to buy a Freelander 2 found one at Chapel Car Sales. It was a nice change to be given time to look around the vehicle in my own time. The salesman then asked if I'd like to view the inside opening the car for me and again letting me look around to my heart's content without any pressure. I was given a fair price for my part exchange and left it at that. I did return the following day and was offered a road test which I enjoyed. They have many quality cars on show. There is no pressure to make a snap decision in fact they just very polite and chilled. Best of all I had bought a similar model some ten years earlier when working at the other end of the country. I was commuting weekly from Kent to North Yorkshire. I had a small issue with my purchase. But chapel sorted it without any hassle. I dropped it on the Friday afternoon when I got home. They loaned me a vehicle which I took back to Yorkshire for the week and mine was sorted ready for collection the following weekend. It was a breath of fresh air to find that repairing my car under there warranty was such a breeze. They are an honest company who give great customer service and I can fully recommend. And yes I'm happy to buy the land rover later this week. You could do a lot worse then to give them a try for your next vehicle purchase.

Seamless purchase from start to finish. This was my son’s first ‘proper’ car and Chapel Car Sales made the purchase easy to do, explaining everything in the process. The car was prepped to an excellent standard and had a new MOT and service before the car was released. Any work for the MOT carried out without quibble. Brilliant
Jack was very knowledgable and upfront with us . He had the car ready when I needed it and I can highly recommend chapel car sales . The car had a 3 month warranty on all repairs and work and was fully serviced before I picked it up and was spotless.
I recently purchased a used car from Chapel Car Sales. I was looked after very well by Simon… I received a good trade in price for my old car. The customer service is excellent and certainly not a garage where you feel pressurised in to a sale. I left with my new car feeling very pleased with the service I had received and that I’d got a nice car and a great deal. I would certainly recommend them & the after service is spot on many thanks!
