Disappointed with the service received. Booked a taxi to and from the airport. Going to the airport for an early flight the driver drove through red lights and faster than speed limit. On way home, recieved confusing instructions about where to meet and met an angry, rude and unpleasant driver. Only good thing about our experience was we received a fixed price for both trips so knew how much it would cost from the outset.

One of their drivers P470 tried running me off the road in a car which I have found out is not even MOT'd which means that it is not insured.

Tried to order a few times with them as have just moved into area. First time was told 10-15 minutes then went on to be 45 mins plus so cancelled. Second time I ordered from a school and told what's street name and as I was searching it they put the phone down on me. When I called back she said she was too busy to wait. Used them for over 10 years but haven't used them for two years. Won't be using them again.

To give them one star seems abhorrent. I booked a taxi from Manchester and even rang on the day to make sure the booking was still ok, they ensured me they would be there. When it came to the pickup time, we rang them to make sure we were waiting in the right place. The man informed me 'we don't have a booking under your name, love' and was almost sniggering about it. They knew VERY well that they had a booking - I had paid in advance! As far as I'm concerned they are a scamming company who has every intention of taking money and never turning up. I had ignored the rest of the bad reviews because it was so cheap but NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY!

Tells me taxi is going to be 10 mins when I asked on booking, still sat there 40 mins later waiting!! My daughter was 30 mins late for school!!! Absolutely furious!!! Useless taxi firm will never be using again!!!
