Had a booked table which we were we told was not valid for no reason whatsoever - even after showing them the confirmation email. A half-assed apology after complaining twice. Were stationed in the lounge instead, right in front of the bar. About 4 staff members were constantly around, facing our booth and not once would they approach or make eye contact. Attempted to call them a handful of times while clearly getting ignored. They then proceeded to serve the people next to our booth who had just arrived. We waited a little while longer until we decided to leave. When we walked out not one person approached us to sort things out. Don't bother with this - there are plenty of restaurants in the area with great food and great service. No doubt, if we would've stayed it would have been a terrible mother's day.

Food tastes great, but service sucks which is the main reason for my rating. Make sure you order your drinks starters and mains in one go else your mail becomes a 3 hour affair of which 2:45 is the wait time. I can't imagine this is good for the business as well as you can't turn the table more often and considering the demand for this place, it's an opportunity lost.In the end it got so frustrating that the kids joined their chairs and slept while we ate. I'll settle for the take away option in future. Visited Saturday April 28 @8 pm.

Great place to eat. Very tasty food. The only downside for me personally was that the deserts were nothing special and were very overpriced. Their Oreo cheesecake was very average. Food was excellent so I would recommend going here.

I wasn’t going to write this review but I actually really like the food at this place I am a regular and do lunch or dine here at least once a month. As I said earlier, food is amazing but lately I noticed main course take ages to get served. Service is really poor now. I MEAN REALLY BAD. Manager Umesh is the only one seems to be working and running around. I have recommended this place to lots friends and family…..and they all have the same experience. I just hope they rescue the situation or be prepared to lose customers! I will give 5 stars to food…

Overall disappointing experience. Location and interior of restaurant have loads of character and it gives a warm feeling when you enter in restaurant. Very well maintained and clean setup. We placed our order together with our starters and main course. Starters were very nice and freshly prepared but main course was served after almost 45 minutes since we finished our starters. It was very challenging with two young kids as they keep asking when food will be served. We followed up multiple times with our server who gave very vague responses like “kitchen is very busy” which is completely un acceptable, also I have observed most of the staff was newly hired fresh college students who were not aware how to deal with customers and their orders. Main course dishes was tasteless and felt like being prepared in hurry, we ended up leaving without finishing any of the main course dish. One good part was they serve #halal meat and a huge variety of Chinese #Szechuan dishes.
