Lovely well kept site, very friendly Wardens. Perfect location close to popular North Devon beaches and towns. Village shop and Pub within walking distance. We'll worth a visit. Love it favorite place to be Location: 5/5
Lovely site, lovely wardens, BUT. It is an ADULT ONLY site in disguise. If you have younger kids, it is definitely not a place for you. Seasonal pitch residents will complain and treat it like their back yard. Fortunately wardens manage it very well. Lovely dog walking area and the site is kept up really well. Plenty of nature walks etc. Noteworthy details: Not for families. Single or couples of elderly residents with or without dogs.
Lovely site, ONLY drawback be careful where you pitch we were unlucky in the sense that over the hedge caravan played loud music all day and you could hear every word spoken, would have been to much hassle to move, but did spoil short break for me, nxt time find a quite area away from other vansLocation: 1/5
Fantastic site. This is our second season here. The wardens Gary and Sarah are helpful and really make you feel welcome. The site is kept immaculate. There is a large dog walking area and a field for the children to burn off their energy. What more could you ask for? Look forward to another season here. Thanks guys
Wonderful quiet site. This is my favourite site in this area. Very well run by super helpful wardens. Note that this is a basic site, no loos, shop or showers. No kids play area. Has a good dog walking area, and great country views. Exposed and often windy so storm straps for the awning are a must.
Very, very quiet perked atop a hill. Small and open plan, exposing the lovely views. No toilet block as reflected in the price.Rooms: 5/5
Great family site with lots of grass pitches. No facilities here, but if you have your own like we do that is not an issue. The staff are friendly and helpful and as always others staying in the site are respectful. The site is close to all of the main North Devon surfing beaches which is ideal.
Great value site, but for us personally we found it too remote, no footpaths off site , no where in safe walking distance. Like any site when the weather is rainy, we found the kids missed having a park to play on, and you have to drive everywhere. Clean and tidy site , as you would expect from a caravan club site. This site seemed aimed towards dog owners, and the morr mature caravanner , not so many families with young children.
Very windy site. Wind turbines all around. Really well kept by wardens. No toilet, shower or pot washing facilities. Lovely scenery of rolling Devonshire hills. Certainly not for the faint hearted tower as a mile down a one track lane with narrow passing places. Quite a few seasonal pitches too. Most of the site is sloping so be prepared to jack up your van with chicks.
One of the best sites on the club network. Quiet, no facilities club site that provides a well kept field pitch which is economical and therefore accessible to a wide range of people from young families looking for an economical holiday to retires wanting a quiet get away.
