The staff are friendly and personable as well as professional. The location is good. One just goes to the hotel shuttle bus area and take the B5 bus from stop 9. The cost for shuttle is 5 euro or 3 pounds. The hotel itself is standard Ibis. Breakfast is quite decent. The room is more than adequate with comfortable bed. Only concern is the shower head points at the shower door thus making it fairly likely water may flood the bathroom. Another positive is the short walk to 3 choices for food and a Boots pharmacy just across the street from 3 food markets.

Close location to Airport (by car) good secure parking. Friendly staff, nice (European feel) to the restaurant. Quick friendly service and decent food. Bedroom comfortable- best for one night stay and business travel

I was impressed by the staff!!! Very, very friendly and extremely helpful. My room was spotless. Nice hot shower. I used the shuttle bus to the airport , cost me £3.00!! Tremendous value!! I have tended to use Premier Inn but after this experience will certainly give Ibis first choice if at all possible.

This is my regular place to stay in the Gatwick area. It's clean, comfortable and convenient. The airport shuttle is just in front of the hotel, there's good access to local restaurants, and I like the friendly staff. It's a standard Ibis room. A bit on the small side, but comfortable with an excellent bed and good, hot showers. Recently refurbished so everything is nice and new.

This is a good hotel not amazing but if you need to fly in or out of Gatwick airport it's a good place to stay from a night I had an early flight and the shuttle service picks you up right at the door and drops you at the terminal great staff and there is flight information in the lobby so you can see if your flight is delayed or on time before you leave it's really good staff were very helpful the only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the lack of any vending machines you could buy a drink at the bar but that was it other than that great hotel
