Under development at moment, but staff very nice and views pleasant. Nice caravan park only 20 minutes from Worthing sea front.

Quiet, but then it was the end of October. The main facility block is warm and clean but do remember to take a plug with you if you intend to use the sinks on the privacy cubicles. Very limited facilities in the games room which could do with some TLC. All in all a pleasant site but will soon have limited pitches for touring vans. Be advised to check first and consult site map to see where you have been allocated a pitch. You could your self some considerable way from the amenities block. There is a cafe which provides simple but reasonably priced meals also within the cafe is a small shop that has basic essentials. We hope this has been of help. Pete and Fleur Wayman (Rugby Warms) 👍

Gone down hill since last year. Playground gone plus a complete toilet block gone. Booked with family and friends who wanted to be near toilets for kids and ended up having to walk right across park to one and only block. Kids ended up using a bucket at night. If they had the curteousy to let us know we might have gone somewhere else. They told us about no playground but not something as important as the toilet block. Even had to carry washing up over too. Appears to be taken over by statics and still building. Seems money is more important.

Certainly would not recommend going here .The facilities are basic and I mean Basic .The games room has no working TV and there is no equipment to use the pool table .The shop which is advertised as being well stocked and open as very.little and since my stay I have.not seen it open.once.,I had to travel 11 miles for milk and papers. There is absolutely nothing to do here at all I could.not wait to leave ,truly was a torture holiday
