Usual comfy holiday Inn express. Recommended for LGW travellers. Breakfast could be slightly wider range? But adequate!

The service was friendly, and the free continental breakfast was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel for Americans traveling through London.

Stayed in this hotel for a week for work purposes.
My bed was uncomfortable and found it hard to sleep.

According to the hotel breakfast starts at 6:30am, first morning got down at 7:30am to find a queue of people as breakfast hasn't been made yet.

Fast forward Friday morning. Checkout is meant to be at noon however i had a meeting early in the morning so i was unable to pack as i was in a hurry.
Contacted the hotel and asked for a delayed checkout as my meeting was due to finish at 2pm. 

The response and rudeness i was faced with was appalling, i was told it was impossible and i had to find a way to come back and check out before 12.

Usually located around city center.
Stayed a few times . Always had good experiences.

A good example of HI express. Good parking for a fee, usual pleasant breakfast in the price.
