DONT approach Hunters to sell/rent your properties, you have better chances elsewhere

As an ex employee of Hunters I recently rented out a house in Narborough through them. The process was very efficient and my referencing came back quite quickly. The paperwork was thorough and I felt that my interests were being protected as well as the landlord. The quality of the contract and inventory reassure me that I will get my deposit back at the end of the tenancy (and if I don't it will be my own fault!). Kayleigh kept me fully informed at all times, which reduced the stress I had moving with two young children. Thank you

I cannot understand the recent reviews that seem to be almost bullying Gerri. I have recently sold a house through them and found Gerri to be supportive and very helpful. I can only urge people not to listen to recent reviews and judge for yourself. After putting my property on the market in February we had a sale agreed within 5 weeks. Lots of problems with the buyer who was asking for electrical checks, roof checks and lots of other unnecessary things- but the team at Hunters were On my side all of the way and helped me push the sale through in a timely manner. I would be more than happy to use them again. Thank you for all of your help
