I went in here in the past and I found the women who worked in this estate agents to be quite cliquey with each other that it could be quite intimating to a customer walking in here alone
I have reason to believe that this estate agents moved further up the street in wigston and is now under the name of Nottingham and I am sure people reading this know where I mean.
Myself I bought a house off these people and want to say that the owner Mrs Reid left a manky fridge in the kitchen that I wouldn't give house room to well over 10 years old and way past its sell by date and bordering on the word dangerous
There was also an electric double socket at the back of the shower wall that was low down and being truthful I also had the neighbours from hell to on both sides of me to take on when I bought the property and one of these was a snitcher reporting every move I made to a family member 
At the back of the house was a weird guy who had a ladder that was the builders type up a tree and that was there for 2 years and he told me he liked to maintain his property but I don't know where it was a dated dog hole with one of them box job conservatory's in aluminium
He was also that weird that he put his washing out in the rain signalling to the neighbour on the right who was his auntie (the snitch)
One day this man was pretending to garden and yet he looked like some crazy builder pulling up grass and throwing it down in a tantrum 
What with what I would call bitchy women in an estate agents that are catty beyond compare and the weird neighbours I was glad to sell up and leave for pastures new
The neighbour on the left was in a group gang of four one day so I had to do a swan neck around them and when I put the key in the door they just stared at me so uneasy as I was I went inside to lock the door behind me.
The noise at this house was terrible to with the loud gob of one neighbour vibrating through the wall (the walls were thin)
The radiators were making noises on moving in the stop cock leaked and the hob was dangerous and sparked to and the creaky stairs made it even worse
I personally would never buy a property through this agent ever again even under a new name and as for the change of name of the agents well that looks dodgy anyway (I think slot of the time they just sell thrashed wrecks and they are not alone because scotts estate agents do the same to but please view the properties especially those in sth wigston and wigston and see what I mean for yourself and if you buy anything modern and clean you should get a flag out and celebrate at one that ,(hasn't been left since the 1800 era or thrashed with a lucky lick of one coat emulsion paint at cheap £6 a go wilco special ton over that dated snow 3d look woodchip) be warned at what some estate agents fob you off with...on the cheap dated style or with even worse damp problems or dangerous electrics
