Nice quiet site located in plenty of greenery and only a few miles from Berwick and other borders attractions. Only grumble would be there's only one bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet so be prepared to queue for the loo if it's busy.

we spent a weekend at Charlotte's place last week. There  were 6 of us in 1 campervan and 2 caravans and I have to say we had a wonderful, chilled, relaxing weekend. Charlotte was very attentive and made us very welcome and our dogs had the time of their lives. We'll be back!

What a lovely relaxing,peaceful site.Charlette and Ross perfect hosts. The shower and toilet and bathroom spotless. Only 5 miles from A1 we used goggle maps and found it no problem. It was the perfect base and we visited loads of places, and most of all Fred the dog was made very welcome and he loved it. We will definitely return thank you Charlette and Ross xx

Charlette was incredibly friendly and helpful. She went well above and beyond the level of service we expected and we had a lovely peaceful night thanks to her. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a little bit of peace and quiet, only a few miles outside the beautiful town of Berwick-upon-Tweed. We'll definitely come back again in future! Spacious well equipped lodge. Charlette very helpful and even supplied a wheel in shower chair for the wet room. Very disabled friendly. Quiet location but towns and attractions not far. St. Abbes is a must see.

Beautiful clean site in a rural setting Charlotte and her partner are really helpful price's are reasonable there is a shower and a toilet with a large bath which is a first on any site I've stayed at

A very warm welcome received upon arrival. Quiet location but only 10 minutes from the a1.  Shower was wonderful,  bath available if needed.

Superb caravan site for people who just want peace and quiet.  Charlotte the owner is a delight to deal with.

For a late stop, overnight camp in a camper van ok, it has electric hook up and water only no toilets which is a pitty, hopefully its new owners will rectify it soon.

Lovely clean site charlotte is wonderful always helpful the bathroom is always spotless just needs another loo
