Amazing family holiday park! Been 3 times now and booking another visit! Swimming pools are lovely and warm and plenty of parks to entertain the kids! In the centre of the complex there is an amusent centre which the kids loved. The Chinese buffet restaurant was really nice. Overall it is well worth a visit!

Loved this place me and my children really enjoyed our stay here. The staff where really friendly upon arrival and during our stay they couldn't of done any more.The facilities where excellent for the kids both my children had the best time they was plenty to keep both of them entertained. Onto the caravan which i found to be very clean and spacious. An all round lovely place to stay highly recommend will defiantly be looking at booking another stay in the future.

Lovely site. We are in a lodge overlooking the lake. Nice quiet area. Fun passes are expensive ...hence the 4 stars. Pedalos great fun. Bikes ..horses ..pony's fabulous 😊😊

Booked Easter weekend with family baby 1 year old and 6 year old, ended up in carnoustie 16, upon arrival flooded outside but rained heavy, could not get out of car without feet getting wet, caravan heating/hot water not working, reported to site Friday night, Saturday hung around waiting for service engineer, really cold during night and no hot water. No one came out, now Sunday Easter Day and still no one been, caravan is really cold we slept in our clothes and has totally ruined our Easter Weekend Break. Never coming here again after been frequent visitors for years.

Very poor service from leisure staff. My 9 year old and I booked lots of activities for him to do, starting with a junior segway ride this morning (10am). They took my contact details when we booked. Given its been raining most of the night and I'd had no phone call before 9.30 I assumed it was on so got fully waterproofed up (both of us) and walked over to the venue. There was nobody in sight so we walked back to where we'd made the booking, to be told it had been postponed. They'd not made an attempt to contact me however, even though there was three ladies stood there chatting. The segway has been moved to 4pm in the range and fortunately we don't have other plans. I asked about his football academy that is booked for 1.30pm today and as yet no decision has been made on that yet so I suspect we'll be going through this same rigmarole later. She did check my number with me though which hasn't changed since I booked yesterday and was thoroughly ignored earlier. Once they've got you here, they've got you and don't give a s**t.
