Really peaceful, quiet, tidy caravan site. Very reasonably priced too. 3 bedroom caravan with 2 toilets. Dog friendly. Location is fantastic; only 3/4 mile 10 minute walk to Coldingham Bay. Cafe opened seasonally, surfing and surf shop, another 10 minute walk along the cliffs to the beautiful village of St Abbs. For a calm, peaceful break you can't get better than this.
Visited a pod. The mattress was filthy and had holes with metal sticking out or the plastic wrap. We were woken in the night by something scratching underneath or in the walls. We were due to stay two nights but left after one. Eyemouth was lovely though. We've had no response to our email regarding this.

Had a fantastic few days at scoutscroft. Peaceful and beautiful location ideal for people looking for a more quiet cavavan park.nAll I would say is arrive fully prepared as there is no on-site shop to speak of, but there is a spar about a 5 minute walk off site. Definitely stop off at a supermarket on the way!nOther than that, staff are lovely, takeaway and restaurant food is nice and not overpriced.
We stayed in one of the sites huts, they were clean and tidy. The shower block was also clean. It was a little cold, but that's what you get for going in January haha! There was a tv, kettle, and fridge, a welcome surprise!nThe clubhouse was nice, the food was good, and staff friendly and helpful. The quiz and bingo was lots of fun!!nWill come back again and stay.
