Loved our recent stay here. Immaculate facilities. Berwick and beaches within walking distance. Stunning country park within the old walls / ramparts. We also went to a live folk music gig in The Maltings Centre in Berwick which also has a fantastic cafe open during the day. The train line running behind the site didn’t disturb us as we were out and about and it was quiet at night after about 11.30pm. I would imagine, though, that campers who enjoy sitting outside their unit a lot would be better choosing a pitch further towards the front. Having said that, don’t let mention of trains put you off as it’s a beautiful site and we were sad to leave.
We had a really enjoyable stay at Berwick Seaview. A really good pitch with fabulous views, good clean facilities, and friendly site wardens. It was so relaxing and refreshing. We walked along the coast and visited Lindisfarne .... Fabulous days out. A real break. Thank you.
Lovely site with great views. A walk to the end of the pier and we saw dolpins, such a lovely sight. As always, clean site with the usual facilities.
I'm giving this well located site a 3 because it is in need of a revamp. The wardens were lovely but the surrounding area is quite run down and we met a few unsavoury and intimidating youth hangin around the entrance. There's a very busy high speed railway on the site boundary and a footpath along the rear so it's noisy. The site overlooks the estuary and sea, shops are in walking distance. There's a huge nearby beach too. The town of Berwick is a great attraction if you like eating out and it's a place with much history. The Lowry trail is fun and gets you around the whole town, including out to the Lighthouse. You can also get boat trips from the Chandlery. Back to the site itself: Many of the pitches are short and I wonder why the club doesnt address this issue because it would only require cutting away behind a few pitches. From the extremes of the site, the distance to the facilities is too great. Dog-friendliness: There's no dog walk on site but there is green space at the entrance and just ten minutes away there's the beach.
A lovely site, narrow but we'll spaced pitches. Handy for beach and access to the cycle/walking route to Lindisfarne and into Berwick. Very pleasant hosts at the site. Views over the sea are a plus. Restrooms: Clean and all the facilities you need. Dog-friendliness: Lots of close off site walking
We really enjoyed our stay at Seaview, the site is not as impressive as some but the breathtaking views of the estuary from most pitches more than makes up for this which deserved an extra star otherwise would only give 3 stars. we had pitch 10 which was one of the few grass pitches it was very uneven we had to use levelling ramps on one side and had to really raise up the front end to get the van level which we just about managed. Our choice though as it offered great views. the site mainly consists of hard standing pitches which are on 3 levels, the east coast mainline runs along the length of the site but you soon get used to it and it didn't really detract from our enjoyment. Berwick is a really nice town. Plenty of. History and places to eat and drink. Also Spittal beach is a must visit. Great location for places like bambrough. Lindisfarne and sea houses also only 45 minutes on the train to Edinburgh, We loved and will deffo revisit the region

Great site stopped their for one night on the way to Scotland very clean site staff friendly pitches a good size parked at the back over looking the bay trains come by but not a problem
Can't say just how much it is a pleasure staying here. Pitches have wonderful views. The wardens are warm and friendly and the facilities superior to most. The block is so warm. Will have no hesitation to recommend to anyone wishing to explore Berwick upon Tweed and beyond. And if you're a train fan the East coast main line runs right behind it!
Nice site especially if you are interested in trains with a nice local pub just within walking distance with a pool table, site is close enough for a walk into town.
