This is without doubt the worst "restaurant" I have ever visited. I used the word restaurant in the loosest possible way. The food was atrocious. I mean really, how can you mess up a chicken burger... Three times! There also seemed to be some confusion between curly fries and sweet potatoe fries. Unbelievable. The food came out in dribs and drabs. Had it have been edible, some of our party would have finished before everyone had been served. Add to this clueless waiters, aggressive management and a high price, this place was a disaster. I've seen Ramsey's kitchen nightmares. I thought it was all exaggerated for entertainment. I never actually thought they really existed. And never thought I'd actually be unlucky enough to eat in one. So much potential. Such a massive disappointment...
It was OK, in a party of six, everyone else's food was good but I had a rack of ribs which were not great. The steaks and burgers looked good, unlimited fries and not too expensive. Service was slow and place was not busy, maybe the ribs were a one off?
Still waiting for food after an hour. Tried four days ago told full despite most tables being visibly empty. When food eventually arrived it was adequate. Wine list has good choice of bleach
Party of 9 after visiting Africa alive. Walked in had 1 drink and walked out. Bored disengaged, rude staff with no customer service or information as it was our first visit. Dreadful atmosphere, shabby and dated.
Apsololutly dreadful I have in my 40 something nears ever had to walk out out of a restaurant But that’s exactly what we had to do yesterday We got there at 1.30 There were 4 other small tables of people so quiet for a cold Sunday There was 1 lady serving on her own -on her 2 nd day! None of this was her fault, the management should be strung up for leaving an inexperienced young girl on her own on her 2 nd day We ordered, and waited and waited, after 40 minutes she came and told me what I had ordered was not available-they waited 40 minutes to tell me this! So I reluctantly reorderd I asked if our 3 year old could have his as he was loosing it Then we waited again When the people before us had the wrong food brought out that’s when we decided to leave We went off while the girl wasn’t there as she was already in tears by this time! The management are wholly responsible for this shambles We will not be back
Excellent food and they also do re-fill soft drinks. Bit of a wait for the food but that seems more to do with how busy they were than anything else. Would recommend it.
Lovely place to eat, family friendly. Food was good, looking at £20 per head for food and drink. Staff was very friendly and attentive, would recommend.
Waitress was lovely but.. No drinks menu, milkshake was awful,glass of milk tasted funny, we both ordered curly fries with our really small steaks definitely not 10oz but got sweet potatoe fries.. I ordered corn on cob and onion rings on the side and cob was cold and both sides were out in my partners plate, very cold sitting near the window also and last but not least we didn't have steak knives either.. Never left a places feeling hungrey and cold and think 50quid was Abit much.. Never comeing back
Ribs first rate, but we don't often eat fatty American type food. But you may love it
Lovely meal and good service. Not much space at the table and quite a few items on the menu were not available.
