I put the ring into the wrong finger which cannot take it off all the night. I got the help from 3 beautiful, kind, professional and patient stuffs in Swarovski store. They didn’t give up even I want to call the 999 hahahaha. Love you all. Really appliance for what you did.

Excellent customer service. Was in the shop on Saturday with my partner who was treating me to a birthday gift. The lady who assisted us was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Got a bracelet and ring- the ring being from the new collection just arrived. Love my gifts and would recommend shopping here. Just a great experience. Thank you

One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in my life. Me and a friend went to the shop to buy some jewellery and the staff made us feel so uncomfortable. They kept giving us weird looks and one lady just kept following us around the shop as if we were going to steal something because we’re young south asian women and apparently all we’ll ever amount to are criminals. I honestly expected better from them and we left without buying anything because of how uncomfortable we felt. Never going there again.

I have to say I have never been in a store and cried with joy, until Saturday! What FANTASTIC service, what a great company and what a Joy the team in here are. From the bottom of my heart I THANKYOU again. We will definitely be back

Amazing service and excellent quality jewellery. New promotion giving money off is great. Bought my girlfriend a ring and bracelet, with the new promotion and we got £15 off our purchase. Staff are lovely and can't do more to help. Special thanks to Sinead who was most attentive and couldn't do more to help us. Really made our visit to the store special and personal. Will be shopping there again

Called in to buy a gift for my wife. Finally found the red Swan pendant she has wanted for some time. Excellent service and helpful staff. Only 4 stars due to item showing a price of £79.00, but actually cost £85.00, didn't make a fuss as I wanted the item for my wife's Xmas present.

Beautiful store so sparkly. My mother in law collects all the animals. Visited to pick her up a birthday gift. 5 star service as always...

Absolutely beautiful Pens, Jewellery, Watches, Ornaments and Other Things.  The Staff In The Manchester Arndale Centre Shop are very happy to help, advise, and very attentive.  They Have a great Reward Scheme you even get a free gift on your birthday  Although it's a shop that's on the expensive side you do get beautiful and amazing quality for your money  Fantastic place to get a loved one the perfect gift

The most helpful staff. On two occasions helped me so much and exchanged items although no receipt, polite and friendly - absolute pleasure to deal with!
