This was the dirtiest Caffe Nero I ever seen. The coffee machine and all the tools and cups used to make the coffee were obviously not cleaned for days. The milk jugs used for frothing also. There was dust and dirt on the POS. There were dry leaves and dirt inside the entrance. I like the Nero coffee but I will never again come here. Avoid if you can. Sorry. This is not the review I wanted to make to this brand.
Ordered Latte and Belgian chocolate muffin. Coffee wasn't bad, but the muffin was a bit dry although tasted good. Wasn't sure what the process was after ordering as they put the muffin on a plate and then the plate onto a serving tray up on the counter in front of me before starting the coffee. Were they going to bring it to my table? Do I stand around and wait for the coffee to be placed on the tray? Is the tray just a formality and I take the cake and plate with me? I ended up taking the entire tray with me to find a table, then went back to collect my coffee. The place was clean and wasn't too crowded. The windows were tinted making the low sun warm but not burning my face off. A lovely snack.
Just returned from Istanbul. 25 million people live in this diverse city but clean, efficient coffee shops, EVERWHERE. Went to Cafe Nero this morning. Coffee was good and served reasonably quickly but dirty and disgusting environment. Nobody seems to take any pride in their work. A number of the staff covered in love bites, with no attempt to cover up. No sense of urgency. Many chatting Ng and drinking between serving customers. Yes, I'm in my 50's and most definitely accepting of all, and certainly not conservative, but I'm decent and have some self respect. All young people need a chance, and it's good that they work but these establishments need rules and expectations. From what I witnessed today, I feel embarrassed to be British. Please sort it out and make a central, promising coffee venue be a place that we can enjoy and be proud of.
Our favourite place for coffee in Witney. Always has a really nice atmosphere and never had a bad coffee, cakes and pastries are always good It does get very busy and sometimes the tables are very messy and you have to que for quite some time. But the staff are always working hard and it's not their fault the company doesn't employ enough staff to cope with demand. We go every Sunday morning with the dog and its a perfect start to the day.
Went here for a coffee, 3 staff enjoying a good chat with each other and ignoring the customers waiting to be served. Waited 5 minutes no one got served so I went to the coffee shop opposite instead. P*** poor.Food: 3/5
A lovely coffee shop with really lovely staff. They're always so friendly and helpful. It nevers feels rushed or too crowded like other coffee shops in Witney. The apricot croissants are amazing.Food: 5/5
Came in here just to buy one item from the chiller. One girl at the counter making coffee for the lady in front of me. Another girl at the counter saw me waiting , went to chat to her colleague, and just wandered off. I couldn't believe it. Are these staff given absolutely no training ?
Had a coffee stop with the kid's. Service was fast and staff were friendly. Plenty of seating and clean environmentService: 5/5
As good as any other coffee shop in town I drink tea !! Lol Staff are pleasant and service is quick. Tables don't get cleared quickly due to staff being so busy.Food: 4/5
