Nice sausage rolls but that's what you'd expect and they have a seating area for you to sit and eat them. Good service.Food: 5/5
We love Gregg's in our house but this one in Witney can be a right pain. 80% of the time food is good but every now and again food is over done, not sure how they do this considering all ovens are on timers. Plus the service here can be awful some staff do not talk to customers very nicely. I recommend you do not use click and collect you will be waiting longer than customers just walking in. You are left there waiting at least 15 20 mins if not longer. Click and collect should be quick and easy and on your selected time. We have now started to use just eat when they are on there as this is the quickest and easiest way without just walking in the shop. I hope my review helps customers avoid the wait
Usual Greggs quality and price. Nice store and worth a visit!Food: 4/5
Poor more times than good... this particular Greggs is a bit hit and miss. There are some staff that go out of their way to be friendly and take pride in their work, but for every one like that there are two that couldn't care less. Food is generally OK, and it is exceptional well priced, which keeps the place busy. It's always busy mid-morning around 10.30am. The tills are chaos, with staff serving across customers, switching tills mid-service. It's certainly not a pleasant experience! You certainly get what you pay for here...
I think that the staff in greggs witney are doing amazing considering they are under payed under staffed have no manager half the equipment doesn't work , yes you have to queue but when there's only two serving and 1 of them has to do the ovens and the just eat orders and serve what do you expect, its amazing they have any staff that even stay there , if you want to pay cheap prices then expect to queue ,
The staff move at a glacial pace even when there is a long queue which there often is in the morning. Once I was in there, one other customer besides me, two members of staff, and we were ignored for almost ten minutes. The staff knew we were there but chose to continue with cleaning and restocking rather than serving customers. I walked out.
We had 2 bacon rolls really nice coffee and sausage roll all freash and hot , the guy that served me was polite friendly.Food: 5/5
Incredibly slow service, and sometimes the store is randomly shut without any warning.
Lovely great value food. Nice shop refit and new range menu. Could improve the service at times.
I went in last week Awful experience food was amazing but the visit was ruined by the awful customer service and attitude of the small Middle Aged man, he didn’t smile once and seemed like he didn’t want to be there and that I wasn’t welcome in the shop. He rushed the service I tried to ask him how his day was and simply told me the price and waved me off, luckily there was a lovely short middle aged women when I went in today who was very sweet and re insured me that no one else is like that. I refuse to go back when the grumpy guy is working
