Been using jeeves to issue corporate cards to my employees and send payments from US to Mexico & Brazil. Payments arrive same day, sometimes in less than an 30 minutes. Really great service vs a traditional bank.
Hot garbage. Avoid... some of the things they did: - Denied me multiple times for a credit limit because you're too stupid to look at a bank account - Removed all the benefits of Advertising spend after I signed up - Auto-pay automatically goes up - Deleting virtual cards randomly due to your own error and forcing me to pay fees when my card dissapears - Snarky customer service - Stupid red tape issues about delinquency, I paid the card off. Are you kidding me? - Changing due dates of the card - No integration with quickbooks for a long time - Issues getting the card to work for non yahoo or gmail emails - 2 step authentication issues
Above-and-beyond customer service and a constant flow of new features/platform improvements. Highly recommend Jeeves to other finance teams.
We use Jeeves and the team is amazing. You get cash back and lot of other benefits.
Error prone and the team intercommunication is awful. do not recommend
No customer support.
Terrible, they give you to choose sales amounts so that you can determine the sales level of your company, and they disqualify you at that very moment, without any feedback, do not use this card.
