Went in the store to reserve a dress for the next day as I didn't have the money beforehand. They said they have a 24hr policy to reserve things which was great as I was only coming in the next day. 
Went in there today and gave my name, and they said that someone had taken out the dress I reserved and sold it. Couldn't believe it. Didn't even seem sorry or offer an alternative.

Like H&M but delivery service very poor! My hermes is so disappointing ... first couldn't find address waiting for week for my baby's winter clothes...left the parcel on the street in the end on parking area when I left note to leave on my doorstep... well couldn't wait for them everyday for week all day they never tell me for sure they will come ... another time they said theyve missed me ! And I was at home waiting at home so how come?! Ehh bad .. never ever again will order anything ... just visit the shop ...

They gave my parcel to courier of HERMES UK, which lost it and no one were punished. In delivery email with track number is present only information that courier has left my parcel in some letterbox, but I don't have any letter box there! H&M don't want to try to find my parcel and Hermes UK don't want to be responsible for this. so my baby will be without her warm clothes and I'm without my order and money(((

Nice store with a good atmosphere but their online stock is different to the stock within the store
