House Manchester

I've been an RWIA tenant for the last 4 years and have to say that it has been one of the best renting experiences that I have had in Manchester. Amy and the team have always been super accommodating and quick to respond when there are issues or concerns. Although the house is a little older and has had a few issues, they've done their best to resolve it quickly. The maintenance team and repair men are very friendly and get things done quickly. I am particularly grateful for the flexibility I've been given over the years to adapt my tenancy agreement when needed. Would highly recommend.

I was an RWIA tenant last year my second year uni house and couldn't fault House Manchester - especially Amy who looked after us and our house! The house was spotless when we moved in and I really appreciated that we all had matching furniture regardless of room size. Any time there were any maintenance issues someone would come that day to resolve them which was great and contact with House was direct and accessible throughout my entire tenancy. Overall I would highly recommend!

My personal experience as a RWIA tenant was very good with House Manchester. They were very responsive when we had issues and generally had people out to help within a few days when there were any issues, as simple as a light bulb gone out. Communication was good, the house was lovely and a fair price. I have no issues with this place, they made great landlords for me and my housemates the past year. Would like to send a thanks out to Amy.

You hear many horror stories of lacklustre student letting agents in Manchester but this REALLY isn’t the case with House. I was an RWIA tenant last year 2021-2022 and honestly cannot fault it. Not only was our house in better condition and more stylish than my friends’ but the appliances were more up to date and efficient. Whenever we had a query or a problem our emails were diligently responded to and the problem was often fixed within 24 hours. The team is very friendly and approachable, we always felt help was never far away should need it. My only complaint is that they don’t let more properties!

I have stayed in the same house for 2 years running now as are a great company to live with. any issues we have had ie broken dryer, leaking radiator were fixed super quickly whenever we email for maintenance. company are super efficient at making sure the house is in good condition. rent seems expensive but it’s probably worth it considering how nice the house is and how good the staff are

Good agency for uni students. Any issues or requests were solved relatively quickly. Very understanding and highly responsive most of the time. Got the majority of our deposit back with no issues. Would recommend.

I was a RWIA tenant last year and had a very positive experience with the company. The landlord was very responsive if we had any issues or problems, all of which were resolved very quickly. There was a great communication with tenants, informing us with plenty of time when visits/checks were being carried out eg of alarms and show arounds. The house we stayed in was lovely 7 people and we were given the majority of our deposits back with no issues and fairly. Would definitely recommend.

I was a tenant of RWIA last year. The house was left in a great condition for us to move into. Once living there, whenever we had any issues we would message our landlord Amy and get very quick response and help if needed for anything. Only have positive things to say for this agency - would definitely recommend

I am a RWIA tenant and they have been very helpful and communicative with any problems I face. We have replaced our dryer and have never had any issues with plumbers coming to fix our heating. Would recommend.

I was a tenant of RWIA last year, and decided to remain with House Manchester. From myself and my 7 housemates - we can’t thank Amy and the team enough. We moved into the house as shown, and any issues we have come across, we’re consistently resolved the next working day. Couldn’t recommend them enough…
