They helped us a lot during the application process. The move-in was really smooth thanks to them. We had a problem with the boiler, it was sorted the same day. They are always on call and solution-oriented. I would definitely recommend this agency to anybody who needs a property in Manchester.

Highly unprofessional conduct from staff, name calling etc. not very proactive with solving problems and have threatened residents with eviction. Helpful with some things but the unprofessionalism has marred the experience

I have been renting from Brooklands for 3 years and I am  a bit surprised  about all bad reviews. They  are excellent estate agents! All issues has been resolved quickly and  the staff is always helpful. I would definitely recommend renting from this agency.

I have rented with Brooklands for 1 year now , and i must say i have found them great from the point of the viewing to signing up, simple and all done online.Ive reported 1 issue with the washing machine and the engineer contacted me and arranged an appointment and all done. An excellent agents better than a lot I've had in past
