Great service, have been a Landlord for over 30 years and have had my properties managed by Brooklands for over 10 years, couldn’t recommend them enough. Always there to help. A lot of the other estate agency’s treat you like a number. I also recommended my Brother in-law who now has his properties managed by Brooklands, and is extremely happy. Vicky, Michelle and the whole team are great. I would highly recommend Brooklands to anyone looking for a reliable professional estate agents.Thanks
I was renting a room in a flat share for around 9 months which was managed by Brooklands/Rook & Sparrow Ladywell Point, my main contact being with Mehl Singh. We were repeatedly left without internet, hot water, a working washing machine, or pluming issues. The flat wasn't ready for when I moved in, I had to clean my room, build my bed, fix my furniture. Plus, I accepted the tenancy based on false promises of who he was letting the other rooms too. It was sold as a professional household. Yet he let the other room to a couple and then had the cheek to send letters and emails about the electricity usage being high. Getting anything sorted was an absolute nightmare, and he really does give letting agents/landlords a bad name.

I’ve rent with these for a while now, had loads of issues with my apartment and they never reply to calls/emails about the issues. I have had 3+ parcels stolen from my letter box now, my sisters Xmas present was taken the other day and now another. Absolute joke. The CCTV footage never gets seens what’s the point in having it if it doesn’t get to be seen. Joke
Terribly managed. Had to move to 2 different properties managed by them in less than 7 months. My mistake for going with them a 2nd time out of convenience. Wouldn't recommend if you like stability.
I have been renting from Brooklands for 3 years and I am a bit surprised about all bad reviews. They are excellent estate agents! All issues has been resolved quickly and the staff is always helpful. I would definitely recommend renting from this agency.
They helped us a lot during the application process. The move-in was really smooth thanks to them. We had a problem with the boiler, it was sorted the same day. They are always on call and solution-oriented. I would definitely recommend this agency to anybody who needs a property in Manchester.
The worst company! They would not give me all of my deposit back even though the property was invested with mice for 6 months while I lived their. I have videos to upload. The owner shouted at me on the phone and was aggressive. By looking at the feedback on here it is constant. They are the rudest company that I have had the misfortune of dealing with. I have had to write off the rest of my deposit and was told by Mr Singh he never wanted to hear from me again.... appalling customer service! I would strongly advise anyone from using them.

Extremely unprofessional letting agents for tenants and landlords. Flat was advertised at a below market rate, paperwork was extremely unprofessional and filled with mistakes, and service was slow and rude. Took a holding deposit from us for a flat but did not allow us to sign the paperwork with no reason given. They simply said the landlord had gone with someone else. It turned out they had taken multiple holding deposits from tenants - a practice I cannot understand can be allowed. Overall, a terrible agency. I cannot see how they can provide a good service for landlords either based on our experience.
