The man working there or the owner is rude as hell. Always asking for details because he seems the right mess. Makes inappropriate questions and I have doubts in how he keeps our personal information. Didn't do business with them because straight away I noticed lots of red flags.
A2Z have provided me with very good services over the years that I have had my property let. They always find professional and suitable tenants to ensure my property is well maintained and looked after. I have had no issues with rental payments they are always timely each month. If there are any issues I have always received communication from A2Z and the issues has usually been resolved in a timely manner. I would recommend their services.
Recently moved to Manchester and was put in touch with A2Z, I can’t speak a bad word. Got a viewing the same day and passed all my checks within 1 working day. Smooth operation, would defo deal with again if I was to move. Lovely people too!
Seemed to not be interest when I went in to get the paperwork for a flat. When I started doing it out they informed me I need a guarantor even though it hadn't been mentioned during any of the previous viewings or correspondence. If I could give - stars I would.
Very bad behaviour very bad peoples . When i call them to know about any property they behave like we we beggars.
Very friendly staff they will help with whatever you need and all queries. They were very quick and efficient, I would highly recommend.

Short story, friend had paid deposit and fees to be told the property is now unavailable as someone else has rented it. She was told this the day before she due to collect keys.
