Stayed at Portmeirion recently. Amazing stay.....we had a "room" in the village....more like a mini flat with excellent views. Had evening meal in hotel itself with shuttle bus to transport us as cars etc not allowed in village itself. Food excellent. Breakfast was included in our stay and wide choice available. There are 2 hotels on site.....the main one is down in the village by the beach and the other is near the entrance just off the main road. Have posted photos on main page.

You will never find another more wonderful place to stay. The atmosphere, surroundings, staff welcome, food are exceptional. Walking into your beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean room will take your breath away. You won't be able to take your eyes off the spectacular views from every window. Your camera will need a large GB storage and extra batteries because you see so many stunning buildings and sites at Portmeirion Village. The added bonus of being driven from the hotel check-in to where you're staying, is marvellous. Jack the driver was wonderful and even brought water back to our room, after he'd checked the fridge to find no water in there. Overall, this magical place is the jewel in the crown for Wales.

We were visiting Portmeirion and stumbled across this hotel at lunch time so thought we'd give it a try. The location and views were stunning and the hotel is beautiful and full of character. The staff were very friendly, we arrived pretty much at the end of lunch but they accomodated us anyway. The did came and it was delicious! Easily the best food we'd had whilst in Wales. The lamb was particularly good and given the quality we thought the price was very fair too. Would definitely go back and would like to stay in the hotel next time too.

Outstanding accommodation which is very unique, have stayed a few times now and will return. A lovely place to visit where the whole experience is excellent, including the staff.
