I am the managing director of Snowdonia Tourist Services and we all try hard to give the best holiday experience we can. We are on call 24/7 to help with any problems. We will send out the cleaner again if they have missed anything. It is a shame that some guests refuse this. It is true that we have to discuss issues with the owner of a cottages if they are responsible for the cleaners duties. We and the owners are sorry that the cottage wasn't at its best on arrival and did all we could to offer satisfaction. When guest contact us for their keys we ask them to let us know immediately if there are any over sights and they will be attended to. Logging a cleaning complaint a week after staying at the beach chalet and sending us photographs taken on the evening before departure cannot, in all fairness, be taken as evidence of the condition of a property on arrival. All complaints are taken seriously at STS . We encourage all guests to contact us if they need any help. We are proud of our reputation and the positive feedback we receive from thousands of guests and are sorely disappointed when anyone isn't happy.

terrible service,we rented a cottage that we had used several times before,but owners sold it and now in hands of STS. The place clearly had not been cleaned,cobwebs,dirt,dust,stained bedding,and mattress.black mould in fridge,we complained,they asked us to send photos which we did,they insisted it had been cleaned,and did not seem to accept my complaints,and said they were waiting to hear from owner,still waiting for explanation,the anti bac wipes in photo are from dining room table,the second pic.is mould in fridge,the 5th pic.is stains on mattress,the cottage was, 'GELERT COTTAGE; IN BEDDGELERT if you book check the fridge door seal and mattress'

Just to mention that three of the other 5 star reviews have the surname Thomas which by coinsidence are the surnames of the directors of S.T.S July/august 2017 excellent location with beautiful views unfortunately the Sea View Bungalow (ael y don) was a little worse for ware with poor cleanliness and old and tired furniture some safety issues not worth the £837 we paid for a week. Snowdonia tourist services not helpful when complained, basically just a booking agent with little or no regard for customers when issues raised.

Excellent location with access to so many amazing places to expore. Loved seeing the steam train, the balcony is practically on top of the platform :) Very comfortable and clean. Had an issue with the blinds in the bedroom letting a bit too much light in for me to get to sleep.

I had a great holiday with STS Holidays in Beach Chalet at Aberdesach. I called up and got straight through to a person, no machine or annoying music! Ask for somewhere near a beach that accepted dogs and they told me about this chalet. It was perfect! The chalet is right on the beach and to top it all off the sun sets right in front of Beach Chalet! I would come again or ask Snowdonia Tourist Services to find me somewhere up in the mountains next time.
