Excellent meal.  I had salmon with vegetables beatifully done, and partner had liver and bacon. They are reburshing but it didn't worry us. Lovely view over valley and village church with an ancient stone.

We were recommended here as it's quite close to Bounce Below where we had booked a session to celibrate my 50th birthday. The staff were very helpful especially Daniel making sure we were accommodated even though we hadn't booked and he didn't know it was my birthday.  We didn't arrive until 3.30 and I was worried in case they had stopped serving food but it wasn't a problem.
The special burgers were incredible and the gamon was huge with 2 eggs  pineapple mushroom tomato and onion rings!! We all said the chips were the nicest we'd had in ages!. The food came quite quickly even though it was so fresh!! We sat in the restaurant at the back but could have sat in any areas. The terrace is being 're built at the moment and when it's finished it will be really nice with super views across the estuary. Will call again and would highly recommend.

From the team at The Grapes right through to the location...our stay was perfect. We were made to feel so welcome, the bar staff sharing all their personal guidance on the surrounding areas and how best to spend our time. It's very central for travelling around north wales in the car and taking in the stunning views of snowdonia national park. The food was fantastic, especially cooked breakfast each morning from the lovely Emma & chef Christian! Shout out to Tesni, Daniel & fluff 😁 for making our evenings fantastic!

The food was lovely although the table service was a little selective. My partner and I were asked to order our food and drinks at the bar whereas the bar man attended the proceeding families at their tables with an ipad to take their orders! Goodness knows why but it left us feeling a little disgruntled in regards to the service. Maybe it was our nothern english accent that aroused suspicion haha!
