I had a lovely stay at Novotel Greenwich London. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around London. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff — they were wonderful, helpful, and very friendly, which made the experience even more pleasant.nnThe room was comfortable overall, although it felt a bit stuffy at times and I had to request a fan. Another small observation is that the toilet is separate from the bathroom. While that itself is not an issue, there is no hand wash basin in the toilet, which would have been more convenient.nnApart from these minor points, it was a very pleasant stay and I enjoyed my time there. I would certainly consider staying again.
Perfect base for exploring everything Greenwich offers & right next to Greenwich station for those central London adventures!!nWe were lucky enough to find a parking space free in the underground car park too, price pretty good for the area long term.nStaff were friendly & very helpful, the room was comfortable & the facilities good. Even though our room faced the station, there was no noise from the frequent trains.nWe will return :-
Best Accor property I've stayed at in the UK. The staff here offer genuine hospitality. They are warm, attentive, and going above and beyond. Perfect atmosphere, clean rooms, and beautifully quiet. Exceeding expectations on every level. Highly recommended.nnAlso the parking entrance is from left side of hotel, you can pay at reception. Don't get confused by the banners in the parking lot.
I recently stayed at the hotel and wanted to share my experience. The room itself was very clean, and I received genuinely lovely customer service from Tanya, the manager Martha, and the bar staff — they were warm, attentive, and a real credit to the hotel.nnUnfortunately, not all aspects of the stay reflected that same standard. Some interactions with other members of staff were disappointing and lacked the professionalism I experienced elsewhere. In addition, I had to wait over 1.5 hours for housekeeping to resolve an issue with the room I was initially assigned, which was far from ideal after arriving and certainly impacted the start of my stay.nnIt’s a shame, as the positive elements show the hotel is capable of delivering a much higher level of service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it did affect what could otherwise have been an excellent experience.
Nice modern hotel. Bar area is a great place to eat and drink. Rooms are fresh. Plenty of sockets especial next to the beds. Big TV. Usual tea and coffee facilties. I stayed in room 340 and it backs right on to the train station. Any room on this side of the hotel expect alot of noise as its a very busy station that runs well into the early hours. That's the only thing that knocked the score down on room and location. Friendly staff. Happy to help.
