The hotel has a great location for the city centre.nnRoom looked clean, but I am pretty sure my asthma got triggered due to the lack of fresh air and the dust from the carpet in the room. The rooms have poor ventilation due to the windows being blocked to avoid people from smoking in the rooms. They only provide you with a fan quite noisy, but that doesn't help much as it just moves the dust and bad air in the rooms... So, if you are asthmatic or sensitive to dust, I would avoid this hotel.nnBed and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and towel is large and great sensation to touch, but no hand towels were provided.nnThe rooms could do with some paint touch ups.nnStaff is friendly and helpful. We did have issues with needing to have keys reset.nnNote that some rooms face a nightclub which is open until late at night and you can hear the noise from it. We were warned by our friend who was staying the night before us, so we requested immediately a room facing the other side. The staff was helpful and gave us and our other friends some rooms on the 430 to 450 corridor, far away from the noise.
My first night there were issues with other guests who insisted on playing their music until 1 am. The room was comfortable but I noticed that there were stains on the floor, the sofa and the mattress. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cost for the room was reasonable.
Honestly, what I only like here is the location of the hotel. It is near to shops, restaurants, train station and university. The rooms are decent. Good to book if on a budget and if it is winter because there is no air conditioning unit. Just open the window. And the hotel does not have enough electric fans for each of the rooms.
I seriously cannot fault anything about this hotel, from staff to rooms. I stay here on a regular basisnfor numerous reasons.nPrice, location, staff, friendliness, approachability, cleanliness, location and room upgrade as a member, in no particular order. Highly recommended. I cannot fault this hotel every time. I stay. Thank you all.
Perfect hotel for our needs. Rooms were clean, though a few could do with some paint touch ups.nnBeds were small but comfortable. Bathrooms clean but no hand towels were provided. Bath towels were so soft!nnStaff are lovely but we did have issues with needing to have keys reset a number of times. Also told at check in that hotel bar was open until 2am. They actually served later than that but you could not buy anything between 130am and 2am due to hotel system resetting in this half hour.nnGood 24 hour food menu.
